Once my clients needs have been discovered, my experience enables me to guide my clients into making the right decisions. I believe that knowing the area is one of my biggest assets. Everyone has different needs. For some people, the schools may be the most important. Others may want a home that has the most potential for going up in value. While a large family may want the largest home for the money.
